Agreement to Terms
By uploading, submitting, emailing, or otherwise providing artwork, logos, photographs, graphics, designs, trademarks, or other content to True Brand Ink, you agree to the terms outlined in this Artwork Submission Agreement.
Ownership and Authorization
You represent and warrant that:
- You are the owner of all submitted artwork and content, or
- You have obtained all necessary permissions, licenses, and authorizations to use the submitted materials.
You further represent that the submitted content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.
Copyright and Trademark Compliance
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all submitted materials comply with applicable copyright, trademark, intellectual property, and licensing laws.
Examples of protected materials may include:
- Corporate logos
- Professional sports team logos
- Movie and television characters
- Celebrity images
- Licensed artwork
- Copyrighted photographs
- Brand trademarks
Submission of artwork does not guarantee acceptance for production.
Right to Refuse Orders
True Brand Ink reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend any order if submitted materials are believed to:
- Violate copyright laws
- Violate trademark laws
- Violate intellectual property rights
- Contain unlawful, offensive, or inappropriate content
- Create potential legal liability
True Brand Ink is under no obligation to verify ownership of submitted materials.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
- Verifying spelling, grammar, and content accuracy
- Ensuring artwork is print-ready when supplied as customer-provided files
- Confirming ownership or usage rights for submitted materials
- Reviewing and approving proofs before production
True Brand Ink is not responsible for errors contained in customer-supplied artwork.
Indemnification
The customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless True Brand Ink, its owners, employees, contractors, suppliers, affiliates, and production partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or legal expenses arising from submitted materials.
This includes claims involving:
- Copyright infringement
- Trademark infringement
- Intellectual property violations
- Unauthorized use of artwork
- Licensing disputes
File Storage and Retention
Submitted files may be retained by True Brand Ink for future production, reorders, customer service, recordkeeping, or business purposes.
True Brand Ink is not obligated to permanently store customer artwork and may remove files at its
