Overview
At True Brand Ink, many of our products are custom-printed, personalized, or manufactured specifically for each customer. Because of the custom nature of our products and services, refunds are limited as outlined below.
By placing an order with True Brand Ink, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
Custom Printed Products
Custom printed products, including but not limited to:
- Business Cards
- Brochures
- Flyers
- Postcards
- Banners
- Signage
- Promotional Products
- Apparel
- Branded MerchandiseThey
They are generally non-refundable once production has begun.
Proof Approval
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all proofs before approval.
Once a proof has been approved, True Brand Ink is not responsible for:
- Spelling errors
- Grammar errors
- Incorrect phone numbers
- Incorrect email addresses
- Incorrect website addresses
- Layout issues approved by the customer
- Content errors approved by the customer
Approved proofs are considered final authorization to proceed with production.
Eligible Refunds or Reprints
A refund, replacement, or reprint may be offered if:
- The wrong product was produced
- The product differs significantly from the approved proof
- A production defect occurred
- The order was damaged during production
- A fulfillment error was made by True Brand Ink or one of our production partners
All claims must be submitted within seven (7) days of receiving the order.
Photos and supporting documentation may be required.
Color Variations
Colors displayed on computer monitors, tablets, and mobile devices may differ from printed output.
Slight color variations are normal within the printing industry and are not considered defects.
Color differences alone do not qualify for refunds or reprints.
Promotional Products and Apparel
Product colors, imprint placement, sizing, materials, and manufacturing specifications may vary slightly from digital mockups, samples, or product images.
Such variations are considered normal and do not qualify for refunds.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders may be modified or canceled only before production begins.
Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled and no refund will be issued.
Additional charges may apply for customer-requested changes after an order has been placed.
Shipping Issues
True Brand Ink is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, labor disruptions, customs delays, or other events outside our control.
If an order is lost or damaged in transit, we will assist customers in working with the shipping carrier when possible.
Graphic Design Services
Design fees, setup fees, consultation fees, and creative services are non-refundable once work has begun.
If a project is canceled before completion, any completed work and time invested may be billed at the discretion of True Brand Ink.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
